近期的研究表明,睡前暴露於 藍色光線 之中可能會 擾亂您的自然節律(晝夜節律)並導致 無法入睡。

這一切源自於您眼睛中的光受體,稱為黑視蛋白。這種受體對於 460~480 納米之間較窄波長的藍色光線極為敏感,這類光線能夠抑制褪黑素——控制正常作息周期的激素的產生。

在一些實驗性科研展示中,可以顯示一般人群睡前在平板電腦或智能手機上閱讀數小時可能會出現約一小時的 睡眠延緩

薄暮微光(Twilight) 應用使您的設備屏幕適應一天中的時間推移。它會在日落後過濾掉您手機或平板電腦屏幕上的藍色光譜,並以柔和而悅目的紅色濾鏡來保護您的眼睛。濾鏡的強度會根據您所在地日出與日落時間 的日照周期而 平滑地調節
